This policy explains what happens to your information when you use this website. Aza Kyrgyz Tours (“we”, “us”) is a tour operator based in Kyrgyzstan.
What this website collects
This website has no user accounts, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and sets no cookies. We do not store what you type into the enquiry form on our own servers.
The enquiry form
When you fill in the “Plan your trip” form and press send, the website builds a message from what you typed (name, travel dates, number of people, chosen trip and your note) and opens WhatsApp so you can send it to us. Nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp. After that, WhatsApp and its owner handle the message under their own privacy policy, and we receive it with your WhatsApp phone number and profile name.
How we use your messages
We use the details you send us only to answer your enquiry, plan your trip, arrange transport, accommodation and activities, and keep in touch about your booking. We do not sell your information. We share details with hotels, guesthouses, drivers and guides only as far as needed to carry out your trip.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts: the pages load fonts from Google, so your browser contacts Google servers and your IP address is visible to them.
- WhatsApp and Instagram: the buttons and links open these services. Their own policies apply once you leave this site.
- Hosting: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
How long we keep your messages
We keep enquiry and booking messages for as long as needed to run your trip and handle any questions or complaints afterwards. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time, unless we must keep something to meet a legal duty.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Message us using the contact details below.
Children
This website is meant for adults planning trips. If you book for a family, please send details of children only as needed to arrange the trip.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
