These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries you make through it. By using the website you agree to them. Aza Kyrgyz Tours is a tour operator based in Kyrgyzstan.

About the information on this website

Trip descriptions, itineraries, seasons and prices on this website are a guide. Every trip is private and can be changed, so the final route, price and inclusions are those we confirm to you in writing (for example on WhatsApp) before you pay.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking is made only when we confirm it in writing and any deposit or payment agreed in that confirmation has been received. Payment methods, deposits, cancellation and refund terms are set out in your written confirmation.

What is included

Each trip lists what is included and not included. Anything not listed, such as flights, personal expenses, entrance fees or optional extras, is not part of the price unless we confirm it in writing.

Changes to your trip

Mountain weather, road and pass conditions, border-zone rules, closures and safety concerns can force changes. If that happens we will offer the best alternative we can, and we may change or shorten parts of a route for safety. Your driver-guide may make safety decisions on the road, and we ask you to follow them.

Your responsibilities

• Check that your passport, visa and entry requirements are valid for Kyrgyzstan.
• Tell us about your fitness level, group size and any needs that affect the trip before you book.
• Take out travel insurance that covers your trip, medical care and evacuation, including high-altitude and adventure activities if you plan them.
• Treat guides, drivers, hosts, local people and the environment with respect.

Risks of adventure travel

Travel in remote and mountain areas, horse riding, trekking and climbing carry real risk, including injury and limited access to medical help. By joining an activity you accept those risks. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

Our responsibility

We take care to arrange your trip with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for delays, losses or costs caused by events outside our control, such as weather, natural events, government action, strikes or third-party failures.

Photos and media

We may take photos or video during trips. We will ask you before using images that show you on this website or on social media.

Links to other sites

This website links to services such as WhatsApp and Instagram. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
